Saturday we had Beau's birthday party. Jaloy made the cake. We specifically asked him to put wheels on the cake since Beau has had an obsession with wheels from the very beginning. On the sides of the cake it said, "Awesome guy" and "Beau Dangerous". It was a very fitting cake and tasted great!
The day was absolutely beautiful, in fact it started to get too hot so we put up some big tents to keep it shady! We sang Happy Birthday and I tried to get Beau to blow out his candle but he just laughed when I showed him how to blow.
It took a little bit, but Beau dug in and Hudson cheered him on!
I helped him open up some presents. He loved tearing the paper! He got some carhartt overall's, a wooden train set, a wooden puzzle, some books, outside climbers, and a big blow up ball that you can climb in! It was a great birthday and Beau loved all of his presents!
All in all it was a great day and a success. Dane said a prayer before we ate and told everyone how Beau's first birth was a exciting and long awaited moment, and his second birth is even more exciting to look forward too. May God bless Beau, may he become a righteous man and walk with the Lord.
